Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Skin Doctor Clinics. These Terms & Conditions explain the basis on which we provide our services. By booking an appointment or receiving treatment with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before your appointment. If you have any questions, please speak to a member of our team.
About Us
Skin Doctor Clinics is the trading name used by a number of companies operating aesthetic clinics across England.
Depending on which clinic you attend, the legal company responsible for providing your treatment may differ. Further information can be found in our Privacy Notice.
Appointments
Initial Consultations
Consultation fees vary depending on the type of appointment booked.
Where consultations are described as “free”, this means the consultation fee is redeemable against treatment carried out on the same day, unless otherwise stated. If you choose not to proceed with treatment, or treatment is not carried out on the day, the consultation fee is payable and is non-refundable.
Doctor Consultations (General Aesthetic Treatments)
A £50 consultation fee is payable when booking your appointment.
If you proceed with treatment on the same day, this fee will be deducted from the cost of your treatment, making your consultation effectively free.
If you decide not to proceed with treatment, or treatment is not carried out on the day, the consultation fee remains payable and is non-refundable.
Skin Health Practitioner Consultations
Skin Health Practitioner consultations require a £15 booking fee. This fee is redeemable against treatments or skincare products purchased on the day or at a future appointment.
JawTite Video Consultation – Dr Saleena Zimri
JawTite consultations with Dr Saleena Zimri are charged at £50. This consultation fee is non-refundable and non-redeemable, regardless of whether you proceed with treatment.
London Doctor Consultations – Dr Saleena Zimri
Doctor consultations with Dr Saleena Zimri at our London clinic are charged at £100. If you proceed with treatment on the same day, this fee is redeemable against the cost of your treatment.
Upper Blepharoplasty Consultation – Dr Mo
Upper Blepharoplasty consultations with Dr Mo are charged at £100. This consultation fee is non-refundable and non-redeemable, regardless of whether you proceed with treatment.
Review Appointments
Review appointments arranged to assess treatment outcomes or genuine clinical concerns are provided free of charge, where appropriate and at the discretion of Skin Doctor Clinics.
Appointment Confirmation
Once your appointment has been booked, we will confirm the date, time and location with you.
Where possible, we will endeavour to provide continuity of care with your preferred practitioner. However, we reserve the right to allocate another suitably trained and qualified practitioner if necessary.
Cancellations and Missed Appointments
We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided:
- A cancellation fee of £50 may apply; or
- If your appointment forms part of a treatment course or value pack, one treatment session may be deducted.
Repeated late cancellations or failure to attend appointments may result in us declining future bookings.
For full details, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive approximately 5-10 minutes before your appointment.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, depending on the time available, we may:
- Shorten your appointment;
- Rearrange your appointment; or
- Apply the relevant late cancellation charge where treatment cannot safely proceed.
We will always try to minimise inconvenience to all patients attending the clinic.
Clinic Cancellations
Occasionally, appointments may need to be rearranged due to unforeseen circumstances, including practitioner illness or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible to rearrange your appointment at a mutually convenient time.
Whilst we will always endeavour to minimise disruption, we cannot accept liability for travel costs, loss of earnings or other indirect expenses arising from appointment changes.
Preparing for Your Appointment
Before certain treatments we may provide pre-treatment instructions.
Failure to follow these instructions may affect your suitability for treatment and could result in your appointment being postponed or treatment being modified for your safety.
Courses, Packages and Value Packs
Courses, packages and value packs remain valid for 18 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Unused treatments remaining after the expiry date will normally be forfeited unless Skin Doctor Clinics agrees otherwise in exceptional circumstances.
Courses and value packs are non-transferable unless agreed by the clinic.
Payments
Payment is required at the time of treatment unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance.
We accept most major debit and credit cards together with other payment methods available within the clinic.
Deposits required to secure appointments are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law or where the clinic cancels your appointment.
Outstanding balances must be paid promptly. We reserve the right to recover unpaid debts through an appropriate debt recovery process where necessary.
Refunds
Our Cancellation & Refund Policy explains our refund arrangements in full.
In summary:
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.
- Deposits are generally non-refundable.
- Value packs are only refundable in exceptional medical circumstances, with any agreed refund calculated after deducting the full list price of treatments already received together with any applicable cancellation charges.
- Products may only be exchanged or refunded if they are faulty or where required by consumer legislation.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Treatment Suitability
Your safety is our priority.
Before any treatment is provided, an appropriately qualified practitioner will assess your suitability based on your medical history, expectations and clinical assessment.
We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if we believe it is not clinically appropriate or in your best interests.
Where treatment is declined following a consultation, any applicable consultation fee will remain payable.
Medical Information
It is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate medical information before each treatment, including details of any changes to your health, medication or pregnancy status.
Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment outcomes and patient safety.
Treatment Results
All aesthetic treatments carry potential risks and individual responses vary.
Whilst our practitioners aim to achieve the best possible outcomes, results cannot be guaranteed and may vary between individuals.
Some treatments require multiple sessions to achieve the desired outcome.
Clinical Photography
Clinical photographs may be taken before, during and after treatment as part of your confidential medical record.
These photographs help us assess your suitability for treatment, monitor progress and record clinical outcomes.
Separate written consent will always be obtained before any photographs are used for marketing, educational or promotional purposes.
Children
To ensure the safety, privacy and comfort of all patients, children should not attend appointments.
Our clinics contain medical equipment, lasers and other clinical devices, and for health and safety reasons we are unable to supervise or accept responsibility for children whilst a parent or guardian is receiving treatment.
If you need to attend an appointment, we kindly ask that you make suitable childcare arrangements beforehand.
Where exceptional circumstances arise, please contact the clinic before your appointment so we can discuss whether alternative arrangements may be possible.
Age Restrictions
Skin Doctor Clinics does not provide consultations or treatments to anyone under the age of 18.
All patients must be aged 18 years or over at the time of their consultation and treatment.
We reserve the right to request valid photographic identification to verify a patient’s age before providing a consultation or treatment. Where satisfactory identification cannot be provided, we may refuse to proceed with the appointment.

We are committed to providing high standards of care.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to raise your concerns with us as soon as possible so we can investigate them promptly and fairly.
Complaints are managed in accordance with our Complaints Policy, which is available on request.
